Banana Oat Meal Cookies using Raisins.

These two ingredient banana oatmeal cookies are yummy breakfast cookies. They don't contain any flour or refined sugarbut they still taste just like sweet, soft cookies.

Bananas and quick oats are all you will need for your cookies. If you'd like some variation, you can add chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.


I came across 2 ingredient banana biscuits lately, though they've been popular on the internet for a few decades. I tested out many versions before creating a variant I really enjoy, which I'm sharing with you today.


The biscuits are firm on the outside and soft inside. They taste of oats and peanuts and are terrific for an on-the-go breakfast.

1 cup quick oats

1 large overripe banana, mashed to a liquid-like consistency

1/2 cup chocolate chips or other add-ins of site your choice (optional)


Line a baking sheet with a skillet.

In a large bowl, add oats and mashed bananas. Mix with a fork till it turns into an evenly blended, thick batter. If you anticipate utilizing add-ins like chocolate chips, then mix them into the cookie batter at this time.
